On this occasion, the interviews on digitization correspond to four retail companies that have a presence in the commercial areas of Barcelona Oberta, such as the Born, Rambla Catalunya, Barnacentre and the Eix Sagrada Família.

In each of these capsules, and by the hand of the journalist Carmen Cortés, a journalist from Betevé, the experiences in different digitization processes of recognized brands in the categories of restoration, DIY, beauty and stationery will be discussed. Through interviews with its owners and managers, the Barcelona Oberta entity wants to publicize real cases of digital transformation of businesses in the city.
